We offer worldwide shipping. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders above a specific threshold, which is calculated at checkout.
Can I return a piercing if it doesn't fit?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on jewelry that is still in its original, heat-sealed transparent packaging. Once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.

Are your products nickel-free?
